Arts Center offers treat for the eyes and ears

Juggler and storyteller Izzi Tooinsky is making an appearance at

Orange County Performing Arts Center’s Founders Hall beginning Friday

as part of the center’s Family Fun Series.

Tooinsky is an international performer and is on the roster of

touring artists for the arts center.

Show times are 7 p.m. Friday; 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday and 2

Eight homes open doors for Balboa Island tour

A tour of historic Balboa Island homes will take place from 11

a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

The tour will be hosted by the Balboa Island Museum and Historical

Society and will include eight homes.

Tickets cost $15 and are available at the following Marine Avenue

shops: Persimmon Tree, Sally Huss Gallery, the Sandpiper and Martha’s

Bookstore.
