The Mermaid Theatre Company of Nova Scotia will be performing a
stage adaptation of the children’s book by Sam McBratney. This
performance is recommended for children ages 3 to 7 and begins at 7
p.m. at the Irvine Barclay Theatre, 4242 Campus Dr., Irvine.

‘NIGHT, MOTHER’
Marsha Norman’s drama that explores grief and loss of hope during
a mother and daughter’s last night together is being performed by
Orange Coast College’s Repertory Theatre Company at 8 p.m. Friday and
Saturday and 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday in the college’s drama lab
studio, 2701 Fairview Rd., Costa Mesa. Tickets are $7 in advance and
