City tennis tournament slated

The 48th Annual City of Laguna Beach Tennis Tournament will be

held the weekends of May 14 and 15 and May 21and 22.

The tournament is open to players in divisions Open through 3.5.

Interested players can register at Laguna Beach Community

Services, or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

The next Junior Challenger round robin tournament will be played

April 17 at Alta Laguna Park.

The tournament is available to players in 8-and-under through

14-and-under divisions.

The next challenger series event is May 22.

The Laguna Beach USA Junior Team Tennis 12-and-under and 14-and-under advanced teams teams are seeking female tennis players.

Both teams compete in singles and doubles play against teams from

South Orange County.
