Monthly art event is Wednesday at the Lab

ISM magazine, a quarterly publication that compiles readers’

submissions of writing, art and music will host its monthly “First

Wednesday” event at the Lab in Costa Mesa.

The 7 to 10 p.m. event will include live music and art exhibits.

2 Newport company workers get honor

Securian Financial Network announced Monday that Lance Rubachko,

of Newport Beach’s Tax & Financial Group, won the company’s Diamond

Advisor of the Year Award. Rubachko was recognized as the network’s

highest performing advisor of 2004.

Anthony Hovorka, also of the Tax & Financial Group, was named the

2004 Top New Advisor of the Year.

Securian Financial Network is a group of more than 1,500 financial

advisors that sell financial services offered by Securian Financial

Group Inc. and other firms.
