TUESDAY
* Broadway Street: Aluminum flood barriers valued at $11,000 were
reported stolen at 12:06 p.m. in the 200 block.
* Cleo Street and Glenneyre Street: Police received a report that
a stove was in the roadway at 6:06 p.m.
* Glenneyre Street: The fence and the plumbing were reportedly
damaged at 12:35 p.m. in the 500 block.
* La Mirada Street: A woman reported that a vehicle’s tires had
been slashed at 10:34 a.m. in the 1200 block.
* La Mirada Street and Summit Drive: Police received a report that
three large rocks were in the roadway at 7:05 a.m.
* Park Avenue: A laptop computer was reportedly stolen from a
classroom at 2:35 p.m. in the 600 block.
* Terry Road: Police received a report that someone was illegally
selling magazines at 7:47 p.m. in the 2900 block.
* Virginia Way: A man told police he was threatened by a postal
worker at 4:01 p.m. in the 31600 block.
MONDAY
* Virginia Drive: A woman reported that a solicitor came to her
residence and asked her unusual questions at 4:32 p.m. in the 2600
block.
SUNDAY
* Fairview Street: Police received a report that men were removing
plastic-wrapped items from the trunk of a metallic gold Cadillac at
10:11 p.m. in the 100 block.
* Nyes Place and South Coast Highway: It was reported that a
pickup truck ran over city signs at 1:06 p.m.
* South Coast Highway: Police received a report that a cowboy had
all his possession laid out on the sidewalk and was screaming at
people at 7:37 p.m. in the 100 block.
* West Street: Police received a report that a vehicle had been
covered with popcorn and a white substance at 10:05 a.m. in the 31400
block.
SATURDAY
* Bern Drive: A woman told police that her dog was attacked by a
black German Shepard running off its leash at 6:46 p.m. in the 3100
block.
* Bluebird Canyon Drive: Police received a report that illegal
debris was being burned in a fireplace at 10:10 a.m. in the 600
block.
* Catalina and Park Avenue: A woman reported a hit-and-run at 6:20
p.m.
* Glenneyre Street: A woman told police that her wallet was stolen
from her purse at 2:06 p.m. in the 300 block.
* South Coast Highway: Police received a report that people were
threatening each other with guns at 1:54 a.m. in the 1400 block.
* South Coast Highway: Police received report that a bouncer was
being aggressive and pushing people at 1:25 a.m. in the 600 block.
