Basketball fundraiser features actress-singer

The Laguna Beach High girls’ basketball program will hold a

fundraiser at 8 p.m. tonight by presenting Tony award-winning actress

and singer, Susan Egan.

Egan will travel to Laguna Beach from New York City for a

“one-night only” performance at the school’s Artists Theatre, at 625

Park Ave.

Showtime is 8 p.m.

Egan, who has many credits to her acting and singing resume, is

most notably known for her role as “Belle” in the production of

“Beauty and the Beast,” and recently has come off a run playing

“Millie” in the musical, “Thoroughly Modern Millie” on Broadway.

Ticket prices for the fundraiser are as follows: premium seating,

$50; general, $35 and child/senior citizen, $20.
