CANDLELIGHT VIGIL

There will be a candlelight vigil for friends who have been lost,

from 10 p.m. to midnight at the Garden of Peace and Love, on the

ocean, overlooking the beach on Mountain Street at South Coast

Highway.

CHRISTMAS TREE SALE

The Festival of Trees will sell Christmas Trees from 10 a.m. to

7:30 p.m. at the True Colors Studios, 2825 Laguna Canyon Road. The

trees range in price from $25 to $70. Ten percent of net proceeds

will go to the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce. Information: (949)

SATURDAY

PEACE VIGIL

The Laguna Beach Peace Vigil will meet every Saturday from 11 a.m.

to 1 p.m. at Main Beach. The group seeks nonviolent answers to global

SUNDAY

ADULT BASKETBALL

The public is invited to play ball at Laguna Beach High School.

Full-court pick-up games are played in the school’s gym from 9 a.m.

to noon Sundays. Many former high school and college players

participate. Cost is $2 at the door.
