Employees of Costa Mesa’s Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill joined Santa

restaurant donated a Christmas tree with ornaments and Southwestern

dishes prepared by executive chef Danny Stevens. ... Two Newport

Beach caregivers received Caring Touch awards for their in excellence

in patient care at the Friends of Alzheimer Caregivers’ annual

education conference Dec. 3 in Long Beach. Santiago Garcia, who works

at Newport Beach’s SoCal Home Care, was one of four Southern

California caregivers to earn a top award and $1,000 prize. Linda

Winkler of LivHome in Newport Beach was among six finalists who

received a certificate and a $200 prize.
