Air National Guard Airman First Class Farrell A. Roth has graduated

from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio,

Texas. During the six weeks’ indoctrination, Roth received training

in physical fitness and rifle marksmanship, field training exercises

and special training in human relations. Roth, a 2004 graduate of

Estancia High School, is the daughter of Costa Mesa resident Mari

Roth ... Diane McGill, who has worked at the Newport Beach-based

healthcare architectural and interior design firm TAYLOR, has

recently been promoted to the position of associate at the company.

McGill was hired in 1993 and is TAYLOR’s graphic arts director. She

has worked on projects with Hoag Hospital, Kaiser Permanente and

Miller Children’s Hospital ... RBF Consulting in Irvine has announced

the promotion of Barbara Eljenholm to the company’s Corporate

Management Committee, which coordinates activities at the firm’s 13

offices. Eljenholm, the company’s vice president of corporate

affairs, has worked with the firm for more than 25 years. RBF

Consulting works on projects related to civil engineering, planning

and surveying.
