Crusaders roll past Phantoms
The Crusaders scored the last nine goals of their game against the
Phantoms and rolled to a 12-2 Smythe Division triumph at Coast 2
Coast Inline Hockey Center in Huntington Beach.
Five players got into the scoring act, led by Trevor Millikan’s
four goals. Trevor Scott added three goals, Andrew Jimenez scored
twice and Bryce King, Chase Pearce and Chas Scott each scored once.
Trevor Scott also had all four assists for the Crusaders. Joseph
Baltazar recorded 13 saves in the victory.
Max McDaniel had a goal and assist to lead the Phantoms. William
Baltazar finished with 22 saves.
In other Smythe Division matches:
Renegades 8, Terminators 1
Brandon White netted five goals and assisted another score to
power the Renegades.
Jake Beideman scored twice and picked up two assists and Brennan
Lee scored once. Warren Brown had a pair of assists and Jonathan
Teazis had one assist.
Lonnie Behn had 16 saves in goal for the Renegades.
Alex Kemp scored unassisted and David Stone had 28 saves for the
Terminators.
