‘BANKING ON ART’
An exhibition of oil, encaustic and acrylic paintings by Marsh
Scott will be on display at Wells Fargo Bank through March. The bank

LOCA ART ESCAPES
Artist Lee Connerat Cohan will teach a lesson on the use of pencil
and markets as students work on a still-life. The cost for the

OUR TOWN IN
THE EARLY 1900s
“Greetings from Laguna Beach: Our Town in the Early 1900s” at the
Laguna Art Museum will feature paintings, photographs and memorabilia
that chronicle life in Laguna Beach circa 1900 to 1930. The exhibit
includes works by William Wendt, Joseph Kleitsch, Clarence Hinkle,
Edgar Payne and Anna Hills. In 1910, Laguna’s population was around
300 and many of its residents were writers, artists and musicians --
much like today. Featuring many of Laguna Beach’s landmarks, past and
present, it’s a vivid history of Laguna Beach. Laguna Art Museum is

A TASTE OF WINE
Wine tasting takes place from 5 to 9 p.m. every Friday at Len’s

“THE PHILADELPHIA STORY”
No Square Theatre will present the “The Philadelphia Story” as the
final offering in its 2003-04 season. The performances will begin at
8 p.m. at the Forum Theatre on the Festival of Arts grounds. The
Festival of Arts is at 650 Laguna Canyon Road. Tickets will be $18
for adults, and $12 for students and seniors. Information: (949)

“THE FOG OF WAR”
Regency Theatres will present 2004 Academy Award-winning
documentary “The Fog of War,” a documentary built around interviews
with Robert McNamara, the secretary of defense during both the John
F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson presidential administrations, and a
key figure in the Vietnam War. The movie will begin at 11 a.m. The
theater is at 162 S. Coast Highway. Tickets will cost $8 for adults,
$7 for students and $5.50 for senior citizens and children.

artist Michele “Mike” Smith with more than two dozen paintings of
