In addition to the sewer reconstruction work and the underground

placement of utility poles already in progress in the Downtown area,

resurfacing of the streets there will take place between 6 a.m. and 4

p.m.

The resurfacing activities over the next week will include curb

and curb-ramp replacements at various locations. Each of the three

projects will affect isolated areas; however, the combined effect

will cause traffic delays and parking shortages throughout the area

until May.

Sidewalk construction along the inland side of North Coast Highway

from Viejo Street to Ledroit Street is planned. This work will close

the outbound, No. 2 lane from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The work will continue

through the month of April.

Underground placement of overhead utilities within the Mystic

Hills area will continue through the month of March. Street closures

will occur on portions of Mystic Way and Skyline Drive.
