Hillary Huntington Batjer of Bellevue, Wash., and Douglas Kendall
Johnson of Newport Beach exchanged vows at Bastyr University Chapel
in Seattle on Nov. 15.
The bride is the daughter of John and Debbie Batjer of Bellevue,
Wash.
The maid of honor was Jill Baxter. The bridesmaids were Beth Stark
Curtis, Alyce O’Brien, Stephanie Hahn, Jaime Schmitz and Kristi
Scates.
The bridegroom is the son of Thomas and Joanne Johnson of Newport
Beach. The best man was Kelly McCunniff. The ushers were Powell
Thurston, Bradford Johnson, Christopher Johnson, Brooke Johnson, Jack
Batjer and Quentin Batjer.
The reception was held at the Seattle Golf Club with 200 guests in
attendance. The couple spent its honeymoon in the South Pacific and
New Zealand.
The bride is employed as a policy planning officer with the U.S.
Department of State. The groom is employed as a senior director of
technology policy and international business development with the
Consumer Electronics Assn.
Manderino-Barbour
Jocelyn Maia Manderino of Newport Beach and Douglas Linden Barbour
of Tustin exchanged vows at the Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
Temple in Los Angeles on Nov. 25.
The bride is the daughter of Paul and Vicki Manderino of Newport
Beach.
The maid of honor was Crystal Lutz. The bridesmaids were Kristin
Barbour, Tiffany Manderino, Calli Manderino and Kathryn Manderino.
The bridegroom is the son of Neil and Cheri Barbour of Tustin. The
best man was David Merrill. The ushers were Dale Watkins, Chris
Manderino, Donald Barbour and Brian Barbour.
The reception was held at the Latter-day Saints church in Orange
with 250 guests in attendance. The couple spent its honeymoon in
Costa Rica.
The bride is employed with 24 Hour Fitness at the Lakeshore Towers
in Irvine. The groom is a biology major at UC Irvine.
