Heather is a year-old Chihuahua-Papillion mix with captivating
beauty. She was picked up by Animal Control and then adopted from the
Irvine Animal Shelter. Heather is very smart and easy to train and
loves to play with a soccer ball. She loves to go to the doggie park
and is playful and friendly with other dogs.
Her past must haunt her, however, as she barks at most men who
approach from a standing position. She does seeks affection from men
strangers when approached from a kneeling position with a warm
inviting presence and a hand to sniff.
We want Heather to find the love she has been missing in an adult
home that will understand her fears and be able to give her the
opportunity to work through her issues and live a happy life. The
previous owners will provide funding for a training package.
Two Chihuahua mixes will be at Fashion Island this weekend.
Heather, the 1-year old Chihuahua-Papillion, will be there Saturday,
and Joe, a 5-year-old Chihuahua- Dachshund mix, will be there Sunday.
