The Huntington Beach Council on Aging and the Michael E. Rodgers

Seniors’ Center sponsor ongoing classes at the Center. Subjects

include creative writing, tai chi chuan, Spanish, tap dance and

bridge. Some classes are offered through Coastline Community College

and the Adult Day School and require pre-registration. The center

also sponsors a stamp club, an amateur radio club and a fish and

The Point-To-Point Chapter of the American Needlepoint Guild,

meets the fourth Wednesday of each month, except in July and

December, at Rodgers Senior Center at 17th Street and Orange Avenue.
