Barbara Stone and Stephen Freeman of Corona del Mar announce the

engagement of their daughter Maegan Freeman of Pasadena to Joshua

Taussig of Pasadena.

The bride-elect graduated from Oakton High School in Vienna, Va.

and from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va.

The future bridegroom, son of Jan and John Taussig of Corona del

Mar, graduated from University High School in Irvine, from the

University of Colorado at Boulder and from the Kelly School of

Business at the University of Indiana at Bloomington.

A June 18, 2004, wedding is planned at Pelican Hill in Newport

Coast.

Littlefield-Tomlinson

Sharon Littlefield of Brunswick, Maine and Matthew Tomlinson of

Brunswick exchanged vows at the Castine Unitarian Church in Castine,

Maine on Oct. 18.

The bride is the daughter of Joan and William Littlefield of

Newport Beach.

The matron of honor was Kathleen Littlefield. The junior

bridesmaid was Kaitlin Mary Elizabeth Littlefield.

The bridegroom is the son of Alexis and Gerald Tomlinson of Lake

Hopatcong, N.J.

The best man was Eli Tomlinson. The junior groomsman was Alex

Mitchell Tomlinson.

The reception took place at the Manor Inn, in Castine. The couple

spent its honeymoon in Hong Kong and Macao. The couple plans to live

in Brunswick.

The bride works for the Doris Duke Foundation for Islamic Art as a

curator of Shangri La, Doris Duke’s home near Diamond Head, Hawaii.

The groom is a visiting professor in the department of sociology and

anthropology at Bowdoin College in Brunswick.
