Team Viagra defeats Ganahl

Keith Mulvaney delivered a clutch double and Team Viagra picked up a
key victory by downing Ganahl Lumber, 4-1, in city of Laguna Beach
Men’s Fall 16 Slow Pitch Softball League play.
Mulvaney’s two-bagger knocked in two runs and gave Team Viagra the
lead for good in the final game of a tripleheader played at Riddle
Field.
Ganahl Lumber, which still maintains sole possession of
second-place in the standings, had taken a 1-0 on John Stevens’ RBI
double.

Good, Bad and Ugly 7, Solag Hamstrings 6
Good, Bad and Ugly used a seventh-inning comeback to rally past
the determined Solag Hamstrings in the opening game of the
tripleheader.
Despite the loss, the Solag Hamstrings got the first home runs in
team history when Steve Hurst and Andrew Mariner each homered.

Scott Bakkum’s birthday was a big hit as he smashed two home runs
in Courtesy Auto Body’s one-sided victory.
Rob Meggison matched his teammate with a pair of homers and Dave
McKinley, Mark Christy, John Verdugo Jr. and Paul Corey also broke
into the home run column.
The victory kept Courtesy Auto Body alone atop the league
standings.
Dave Sommerville also produced two home runs for Sandpiper.
