Black and white cat
Tucker is a playful and friendly black and white cat who would
prefer to have an indoor/outdoor home. His charming, laid-back
personality may remind you of a neighborhood cat that you once knew
and loved.
Tucker is a “good citizen,” and rescuers asked the Community
Animal Network for assistance in helping six cats that were left
behind when hard times led to an eviction of their family. The
animals needed veterinary treatment and new homes, and in exchange
for our support the rescuers agreed to house the animals until
permanent homes could be found.
Unfortunately, Tucker has exhausted his rescuers’ commitment to
us. His crying indicates his unhappiness about being confined to the
small bathroom that he must call home. Because most of our foster
home families want to have their children experience small kittens,
we have fewer people willing to help adult animals and even fewer
people living in coyote-free areas that can accommodate Tucker’s need
to be indoor/outdoor animal.
Can anyone help Tucker? Tucker needs to be rescued again, we hope
someone will provide a safe indoor/outdoor home. Call (949) 697-6632
to help Tucker.
Halloween safety tips for animals: Dogs that could feel threatened
by scary costumes should be kept away from the trick or treat
activities. Because young people enjoy pranks and often have a group
mentality on Halloween, cats of all colors should be kept indoors.
Keep cats close at home.
