* 14th Street: Neighbors complained about a party, saying the
resident was singing badly and loudly in the 400 block at 1:08 a.m.
Sunday.
* 17th Street: A man reported two underage boys drinking beer at a
table and asking customers to buy them more in the 400 block at 5:16
p.m. Sunday.
* 22nd Street: A woman was reportedly pounding on the hood of her
car shouting and demanding to know who had hit her car in the 400
block at 3:40 p.m. Sunday.
* Algonquin: Several juveniles were seen breaking toilets and tile
behind a fenced area in the 16000 block at 2:44 p.m. Sunday.
* Beach Boulevard and Indianapolis Avenue: A person in a maroon
Honda reportedly threw rocks at people while driving by at 10:41 p.m.
Sunday.
* Beach Boulevard: A clerk reported that an angry customer
re-entered the market yelling vulgarities for being overcharged in
the 19500 block at 2:37 p.m. Saturday.
* Benjamin Drive: Five juveniles were reportedly hitting trees and
various parts of the street with a metal pole in the 8400 block at
3:21 p.m. Sunday.
* Boardwalk Drive: A Ralphs truck was stuck in traffic because
picketers were blocking the driveway in the 4400 block at 3:25 p.m.
Sunday.
* Bolsa Chica Road: A man said he asked a lady to watch his dog,
and when he came out of the store, the dog was gone and the woman
refused to tell him where it was in the 16400 block at 1:06 p.m.
Saturday.
* Bolsa Park Lane and Cornell Drive: A resident reported an
8-year-old boy was riding his motorized scooter up and down the block
continuously honking his horn at 1:47 p.m. Saturday.
* Brookhurst Street and Adams Avenue: A woman with a green glow
stick around her neck reportedly passed out behind the wheel in the
intersection at 11: 56 p.m. Sunday.
* Center Avenue: An overturned car lay in the parking lot leaking
some type of liquid, possibly gasoline, in the 7700 block at 10:31
p.m. Sunday.
* Edinger Avenue: A Vons truck was blocked by screaming protesters
not allowing him to get in to unload merchandise in the 5900 block at
1:13 p.m. Sunday.
* Edinger Avenue: Security reportedly found a 4-year-old girl
wearing dirty clothes covered in bruises in the 7700 block at 1:36
p.m. Saturday.
* England Street: A teenage boy asked police for help said his
ex-girlfriend is harassing him through text messaging in the 1100
block at 5:55 p.m. Saturday.
* Goldenwest Street: A man thought to be drunk was staggering in
the street wearing only one shoe in the 16500 block at 9:26 p.m.
Saturday.
* Hoskins and Pearce streets: Two teenage girls wearing dark
clothing were reportedly casing parked cars at 9:28 p.m. Sunday.
* Keswick and Cornwall drives: Four adults presumed to be under
the influence scaled an apartment wall at 12:22 a.m. Sunday.
* Kona Drive: Several teenagers reportedly broke into a vacant
apartment and threw a party by flashlight in the 4900 block at 12:40
a.m. Sunday.
* Marina Park: Approximately three homeless people set up a
cardboard box camp in the picnic area at 4:17 p.m. Saturday.
* Mariners Cove Drive: A neighbor reported that a man was hanging
out of his second-story window after breaking it in the 8000 block at
1:16 a.m. Sunday.
* Memphis: It was reported that an angry roommate, after being
evicted, left behind trash and four marijuana plants in the 200 block
at 1:33 p.m. Saturday.
* Moody Circle: Citizens reported a teenager sitting behind the
wheel in a white Ford with parking lights on appeared to be stoned in
the 16700 block at 6:59 p.m. Saturday.
* Running Springs Lane: A woman reported that there was a peeping
tom outside her back window in the 20400 block at 9:16 p.m. Sunday.
* Villa Yorba Lane: A woman reported that her neighbor was
throwing trash and water on her porch and refused to leave in the
16000 block at 4:11 p.m. Saturday.
* Warner Avenue: A gang fight broke out involving 20 to 30 people
with no visible weapons in the 6800 block at 1:36 a.m. Sunday.
* Warner Avenue: It was reported that a fight broke out during
which what might have been gunshots were heard in the 8900 block at
11:27 p.m. Sunday. The fight broke up quickly after the noises were
heard.
