FESTIVAL OF ARTS
California’s Premier Fine Art Exhibition runs through Aug. 31.

‘HARVEY’ AT LAGUNA PLAYHOUSE
“Harvey” is being presented at Laguna Playhouse through Aug. 31.
Charles Nelson Reilly directs a star-studded cast in this comedy

SAWDUST ART FESTIVAL
The Sawdust Art Festival is open through Aug. 31. The festival
will have more than 195 local artists displaying and selling their
handcrafted and original items in a village nestled in an eucalyptus

demonstrations, three cafes and a saloon. The Sawdust is at 935

The Festival of Arts is hosting the premiere event of Books Live!

narratives and comedy. The series will continue on Nov. 8, Dec. 6,

SAWDUST LIVE ART AUCTION
The Sawdust Art Festival will host the 17th annual Art Auction
with proceeds going toward the Sawdust Artist Benevolence Fund,

the Sawdust Festival artists and are available for purchase through
auction -- everything from original oil and watercolor paintings to
one-of-a-kind fine jewelry, ceramics and clothing. The auction starts

THE EARLY 1900s
“Greetings from Laguna Beach: Our Town in the Early 1900s” just
opened at the Laguna Art Museum and will feature paintings,
photographs and memorabilia that chronicle life in Laguna Beach circa
1900 to 1930. The exhibit includes works by William Wendt, Joseph
Kleitsch, Clarence Hinkle, Edgar Payne and Anna Hills. In 1910,
Laguna’s population was around 300 and many of its residents were
writers, artists and musicians -- much like today. Featuring many of
Laguna Beach’s landmarks, past and present, it’s a vivid history of
