ART AT THE BEACH: CAMP-TEENS SUMMER

ART CAMP

An advanced program for teens ages 12 to 15 who are interested in

developing their skills as young artists, will be held Aug. 25 to 29.

JUNIOR SPIKERS-BEACH VOLLEYBALL CAMP

A volleyball camp that teaches basic and advanced skills,

training, drills, challenges, competition and a daily swim in the

ocean, for children ages 8 to 14, will be held weekly, through Aug.

JUNIOR TENNIS CAMP

A tennis camp that teaches basic physical fitness concepts, skill

coordination development, all stroke techniques, tennis Olympics and

supervised match play, for youth ages 6 to 16, will be held weekly,

through Aug. 29. The camp is offered in half day sessions, 8:30 a.m.

MAD SCIENCE

DAY CAMP

Three separate science camps will be held for children ages 5 to

12, each one teaching its own set of topics. Camp No. 1 is called

“Claws, Codes and Constellations,” camp No. 2 is called “Moving With

Science,” and camp No. 3 is called “Rockin’ Rockets and

Aerodynamics.” Camps will be held different weeks from Aug. 29. The

camps are offered in half day sessions, 9 a.m. to noon and from 1:30
