Team Viagra picking up steam
Team Viagra is on the move in Tuesday/Thursday play in the City of
Laguna Beach Community Service Department’s Summer 16” Slow Pitch
Softball leagues.
Team Viagra defeated Team Hobie, 6-3, and Rotary, 15-2, to push
its season win total to five games.
The two victories pushed Team Viagra’s record to 5-3 and into sole
possession of third-place in the league standings.
The league’s top spot still belongs to Sandpiper, despite its 6-5
loss to Used Cars, the league’s fourth-place team.
Ganahl Lumber picked up its second league victory by handling
Island Shade, 7-1. A victory by Island Shade over Ganahl Lumber would
have moved the team into a first-place tie with Sandpiper.
Good, Bad and Ugly recorded its first league win by edging winless
Forty Majority, 8-7.
Team Hobie bounced back from its defeat to Team Viagra to down
Forty Majority, 13-8.
