Wings take bite out of Rattlers

Lukas Welinder and Hannah Pigors split scoring honors for the Wings,
who posted a come-from-behind 6-3 Adams Division victory over the
Rattlers at Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center in Huntington Beach.
The Wings pulled out the victory by scoring five, third-period
goals to overcome a 2-1 deficit.
Pigors scored two of her three goals in the final period.
Michael Pigors got the win on 10 saves.
The Rattlers scoring consisted of two goals by Jennifer Leung and
one by Stephen Goodman.
Jake Grothjan had 13 saves.
Mad Dogs 3, Dyno-mites 1
Jack Koulos netted all three goals to lead the Mad Dogs.
Aron Wong assisted one of Koulos’ scores and Sean Mastro finished
with 11 saves.
Travis Hunter scored unassisted for the Dyno-mites, and Alexander
McCabe collected 12 assists.
In other games:
Bruins 2, X-Men 2
George Maccabe and Kyle Coburn scored and Briana Redl had an
assist for the Bruins.
Cole Redl finished with 20 saves.
Chase Ambrose scored one goal and had an assist and Christopher
Boyd scored the tying goal in the third period for the X-Men.
Kevin Baumann recorded 36 saves.
