suspicion of soliciting labor and presenting false ID to a peace

officer at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday.

* Joann Street: Two people were arrested on suspicion of receiving

stole property, assault on a peace officer and possession of drug

paraphernalia in the block at 10:17 a.m. Tuesday.
