All four cars suffered minor damage.

* Aliso Beach: Police arrested a 35-year-old resident on suspicion
of sexual battery and indecent exposure after he allegedly slapped
the buttocks of a 23-year-old Pennsylvania resident and exposed
himself. While waiting for friends on the beach, the victim was
approached by the suspect and asked if she wanted to walk on the
rocks with him. She agreed, but didn’t want to go in the water as he
did. She said he grabbed her by the waist and tried to kiss her, but
she pulled away. Then he slapped her, removed his trunks, revealing
what she called “an erect penis,” entered the water and said, “Bye.
Nice to meet you.” Police found her teary-eyed and arrested the
suspect. The Dana Point resident had several prior convictions of a
similar kind, Sgt. George Ramos said.
* South Coast Highway: Police responded to a mother’s call that
her daughter had overdosed on sleeping pills at 4:55 p.m. The
daughter had called her mother from an apartment and described her

South Coast Medical Center said it was a dangerous, but not fatal
amount of pills.

had to check out anyway, and he left.

groups were having bonfires on the beach at 11:12 p.m. and gave one
attendee a marijuana citation and confiscated his 18-inch water pipe.

father picked him up.
SATURDAY

boyfriend and girlfriend who operate a locksmith shop together. Upon

locksmith,” Sgt. George Ramos said.

psilocybin mushrooms, two pipes and a metal pole reportedly used by a

head and saying he’d been hit with a crowbar at around 10 p.m. After
some coaxing, the victim admitted it had to do with a drug deal and
walked officers to the house. The 43-year-old suspect answered the
door and allowed officers to search his home. Police also found
materials used by sellers and $10,000 in cash. The suspect said he
was unemployed. He’s being held in Orange County jail on $20,000 bail
