Newport Beach Recreation Services will offer several aquatic camps
for children as young as 5 through adults beginning June 23.
Numerous morning and afternoon sessions are available that include
instruction in sailing, tennis and surfing while a kids paddle camp
will also be offered.
The one-week surf camp will cost Newport Beach residents $63 from
ages 8 through adults while the two-week session will go for $185. To

* A variety of private and semi-private group swim lessons for
toddlers through adults will be offered this summer at the Marian
Bergeson Aquatic Center at Corona del Mar High.
Options include one-on-one instruction Saturdays along with
programs running Monday through Thursday for all levels and ages.
Also offered for a nominal fee will be adult lap swim classes for
swimmers ages 16 and older along with a Friday “Fun Swim” for water
lovers of all ages.
