Costa Mesa Police Chief receives award
Costa Mesa Police Chief David Snowden was awarded the Sherman
Block Law Enforcement Professional of the Year Award on May 20. The

16 years, said he is “honored” by the award.
Snowden’s last day as chief will be June 13. He will be succeeded
by John D. Hensley, currently Cypress’ police chief.
