The lead charity and event organizer is Hoag Hospital Foundation.
In its five years under the auspices of Hoag Hospital Foundation, the
Toshiba Senior Classic has raised more than $4.7 million for over 20
different charities. Hoag Hospital Foundation also received the
inaugural Senior PGA Tour Charity of the Year Award in 1998.
Additional charities for the 2003 Toshiba Senior Classic include
the Toshiba Senior Classic Scholarship Fund, Orangewood Children’s
Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Orange County, Explorer
Scouts of Orange County and Los Angeles Conservation Corps.
