block at 12:47 a.m. on Friday.

reported to be riding a motorized scooter in the park at 2:07 p.m. on
Sunday.
* Beach Boulevard: Disturbing the peace was reported over a
disabled parking space when a person was seen yelling and taunting a
disabled person in the 20000 block at 11:42 a.m. on Sunday.
* Beach Boulevard and Ellis Avenue: Vandalism was reported when
three juveniles were seen damaging signs and fences as they walked
down the street at 2:50 p.m. on Sunday.

parking lot yelling, screaming and looking into cars in the 9000
block at 1:15 a.m. on Sunday

female who had been evicted returned to harass people in the 2000
block at 11:59 a.m. on Friday.
* Diablo Circle: An irate man called reporting his house had been
egged for a second time in the 4000 block at 7:36 a.m. on Saturday.
* Edinger Avenue: Disturbing the peace was reported when a male
in his 20s was seen taking money from tip jars, refusing to leave and
intimidating people in the 7000 block at 11:26 a.m. on Friday.
* Florida Street: Suspicious noises were reported when a woman
heard pounding on her patio door and saw a man’s shadow outside in
the 18000 block at 1:50 a.m. on Saturday.
* Florida Street: Disturbing the peace was reported when two
males were heard yelling obscenities in the 19000 block at 2:38 a.m.
on Sunday.
* Florida Street and Garfield Avenue: A taxi driver reported that
a woman refused to pay her fare and tried to kiss him for the fare at
1:41 a.m. on Sunday.
* Gallant Street: Disturbing the peace was reported by a man who
said his sister and boyfriend and ex-boy friend were on the front
lawn arguing in the 8000 block at 9:51 a.m. on Friday.
* Georgia Street: A robbery and assault was reported by two
brothers who said two males barged into their apartment and beat and
robbed them in the 1000 block at 1:55 a.m. on Sunday.
* Goldenwest Street: A woman reported that her boyfriend broke in
and smashed her fish tank in the 17000 block at 4:22 a.m. on Saturday
* Goldenwest Street and Ellis Avenue: A coyote was spotted in the
residential area at 8:18 a.m. on Saturday.
* Heil Avenue: Vandalism was reported when tires were slashed on
five different vehicles in the 6000 block at 7:46 a.m. on Saturday.
* Kiner Avenue: Disturbing the peace was reported by a woman who
said friends of her brother were refusing to leave her residence in
the 8000 block at 1:23 a.m. on Sunday.
* Lowtide Circle: A theft was reported by a resident who said she
caught her neighbor stealing her water by filling up buckets in the
7000 block at 11:41 a.m. on Sunday.
* Main Street: Disturbing the peace was reported by a drunk man
who said another man was lying injured on the sidewalk in the 200
block at 1:45 a.m. on Sunday.
* McFadden Avenue and Dawson Lane: Narcotics activity was
reported when two males and one female were seen smoking marijuana by
the lake at 10:19 a.m. on Sunday.
* Newland Street: A woman reported she heard someone open her
front door and saw a man inside her house in the 20000 block at 4:25
a.m. on Friday.
* Olive Avenue: A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 2000
block at 3:36 p.m. on Sunday.
* Pacific Coast Highway and Main Street: Disturbing the peace was
reported when a black man on a silver BMX bicycle was seen punching a
girl at 9:58 a.m. on Sunday.

screaming, yelling and cursing in the 20000 block at 2:24 a.m. on

* Warner Avenue: Cruelty to animals was reported as two dogs were
left in an RV in a parking lot from morning to nearly 3 p.m. in the
6000 block at 2:56 p.m. on Sunday.
* Warner Avenue: Disturbing the peace was reported by an
apartment manager who heard a woman crying and continuous loud
banging in the 4000 block at 2:20 a.m. on Sunday.
* Yorktown Avenue: A physical fight was reported between a male
and a female between 30 and 40 years old in the 700 block at 1:21
p.m. on Sunday.
* Yorktown Avenue and Ward Street: A suspicious circumstance was
reported by an observer who said “the sky is lighting up” over the
power plant as nine big, blue flashes were seen at 12:05 a.m. on
Saturday.
