Former Koll employee forms new company
Jeff Dun, former regional vice president of Koll Construction, has
founded Coast Pacific Builders, a construction company specializing
in commercial, industrial, retail, mixed-use residential and tenant
improvement projects.
Coast Pacific Builders also provides pre-construction services and
makes use of in-house craftsmen and builders who have been active on
projects throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and Hawaii.
Corona del Mar walk set for 11 a.m. Sunday
Pets for adoption, live music, costumed carolers, prizes, a
rock-climbing wall, storytelling and visits with Santa Claus are just
some of the activities of the 24th annual Corona del Mar Chamber of
Commerce Christmas Walk Festival, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
The festival takes place along Coast Highway between Avocado and

Newport has spots for trip to Rose Parade
Newport Beach’s 2003 Tournament of Roses Parade Excursion still
has a few open seats. Tickets are $90 for residents, $100 for
nonresidents and include transportation to Pasadena, prime grandstand
seating on Colorado Boulevard and meals.
The excursion leaves at 6 a.m. Jan. 1 from the Mariners Park lot
at Dover Drive and Irvine Boulevard. For tickets or more information,
