Yoga Place will hold a free introduction to yoga class from 1 to 4

p.m. This is a specialty course that teaches new students the proper

use of breath, how to most appropriately move your body in the

RAKU YAKI WORKSHOP

Laguna Outreach Community Arts will hold a class on painting and

decorating a ceramic vessel taught by Monica Dunham as part of its

weekly Art Escapes program. Participants will learn about the raku

firing process and the art of sumi-e brushwork at 2 p.m. The class

will meet at the Festival of Arts grounds, 650 Laguna Canyon Road.

The class is $20 and $5 for materials. Reservations are required.
