‘SPITFIRE GRILL’

The Laguna Playhouse will present the west coast premiere of “The

Spitfire Grill,” a new musical with music and book by James Valcq and

lyrics and book by the late Fred Alley, based on the 1996 film by Lee David Zlotoff. “The Spitfire Grill” is the story of a young woman’s

search for a new direction in her life. Previews will begin Oct. 29

and the play will officially open Nov. 2 and run through Dec. 1. The

The Laguna College of Art and Design will present an exhibition

that represents a renaissance in painting devoted to depicting
