The Top of the World Neighborhood...

The Top of the World Neighborhood Assn. has elected a new board of

directors. The board is now Chris Brazelton, Dave Connell, Tom

Falkowski, Gene Felder, David Kluver, Grant McCombs, John Robinson,

Gary Schwager, Karen Schwager, Todd Thornton, Frank Tully, Carolyn

Wood, Scott Woodard and new member Piero Wemyss. Fran Hudzinski and

Dan Shapero retired from the board ....Krista Shaw and Mette Hingel

were among the 50 guests at the MOMS Club of Laguna Beach/South

Chapter fund-raiser, “Too Marvelous for Words.” The fund-raiser will

benefit the MOMS Club Adopt-A-Family effort to help seven homeless

families who are part of the Orange County Interfaith Shelter’s

transition program ....Marine Corps Pfc. Vincent Ray III completed

the Small Arms Repair Course at the U.S. Army’s Proving Ground in

Aberdeen, Md. During the course Ray learned how to operate, inspect,

maintain and repair rifles, pistols, shotguns and mortars. He is a

2001 graduate of Laguna Beach High School ....D.H. Morgan

participated in the U.S. Naval Academy’s week-long summer seminar

program in Annapolis, Md. During the program Morgan was introduced to

academy life through physical training, intramural sports, sailing

and leadership training. Morgan is the son of Patricia and D.K.

Morgan of Laguna Beach. He is a student at Laguna Beach High School.
