If you could change the world, what would you do to change it?

The Huntington Beach Independent went to Harbour View Elementary
School to ask students, “If you could change the world, what would
you do to change it?”
“I would change fighting. There would be no fighting around the
world or wars and things like that.”
BROOKE
OVEREND, 10
“I would make it all natural, beautiful and make it so certain
people couldn’t do certain things. I’d make everything peaceful.”
PAIGE RYDER, 10
“I wish that there would not be fighting, wars, murders, robbers
and that everybody got along. There would be good sportsmanship at
school for instance. Everyone would get along and be really good
friends. No one would argue -- just like world peace.”
KRISTEN NAKASHIOYA, 10
“I would make it so that anyone that came to America could have
their rights.”
CHRIS
SCHAAF, 9
“There’s two things I would change. First thing, and the most
important, is that there wouldn’t be any terrorists, no bombing and
killing people. Also, there wouldn’t be people smoking. I think too
many people in the world smoke.”
TAYLAN ALPAN, 10
