The Oasis Senior Center will hold a preview rummage sale from 9

“Stunning Ireland,” a film that takes a loving look at the
stunning land of Ireland, will be shown as part of the Orange Coast

Neil Holbrook, a distinguished Australian oceanographer, is
working with Orange Coast College students as part of the Visiting
Scholar Program. Holbrook, a prominent researcher and physical
oceanographer, will work with students in marine science, geology and
geography classes. He is also scheduled as a guest speaker in a
number of different classes and seminars on campus through today. The

The Harbor Heritage Run and Fitness Fair will return to Newport
Beach. The 16-year event, hosted by Newport Harbor High School, will
include a 5K Feature Race, a 2K Fun Run/Walk and a Kid’s Klassic

book publishing seminar for those people interested in how to get

the Orange County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

asking for patrons to donate books to replenish the dwindling stock.

and paperback donations, with the exception of magazines and law
