Jewish Women
International will hold a luncheon meeting that will feature guest
speaker Emily Weinger of San Rafael, Calif. on Friday, at 11 a.m. in
Huntington Beach. Weinger is the National Chair of Jewish Women
International’s Residential Treatment Center in Jerusalem, which
provides intensive counseling and guidance to troubled youths. For

SATURDAY
The Huntington Beach Council on Aging will host the annual Senior
Saturday Community Festival. The festival raises funds for the
council, which in turn supports programs and services for seniors.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pier Plaza

MONDAY
The Tumble-N-Kids Program will offer affordable gymnastics classes
for children ages 10 months to 12 years of age. Classes will begin
the week of Sept. 16 and run for 10 weeks at Murdy Community Center,

The California Assn. of Marriage and Family Therapists Orange
County Chapters will hold a two-part workshop titled, “When Life Eats
