Teas and gelatos galore

Black Pearl Brewery is the best new tea and gelato store in

Huntington Beach. You won’t believe the colors and selection of

gelatos. The flavors are meringue, green apple, chocolate, pistachio,

raspberry, vanilla, orange, lemon, mango and stracciatella. On

Sawtelle Boulevard in West Los Angeles milk tea stores are so

popular, that four stores specialize in them. The teas come with or

with out pearl-sized Taiwanese tapioca, known as Boba or pearls. Some

people are so addicted that they can’t go a day without a Boba drink.

The teas are made with a black or green tea base and then flavors are

added -- like almond, taro, green apple, honeydew, mango, passion
