Harold
Harold, an orange and white kitten, was rescued from UC Irvine and
needs a loving home that can help him feel more comfortable around
people. While he enjoys other cats, having his tummy rubbed and
nuzzling in your lap, it takes him awhile to feel comfortable in a
new home.
“His need to adjust slowly to a new environment has caused him to
be returned without his great qualities recognized,” said DiAnna
Pfaff-Martin, founder of the Community Animal Network. “Harold needs
a quiet home, without kids, to love him.”
While Harold, and many other animals, needs to find a home, Simba,
the “hospital cat,” did find one. A Costa Mesa woman took him in, and
he will now be living at the Orange County Fairgrounds horse stable,
which the woman operates, Pfaff-Martin said.
The network is a community-supported animal organization linking
people and pets through community action. See other animals available
for adoption at www.animalnetwork.org or stop by Russo’s pet store at
Fashion Island between noon and 4 p.m. on weekends.
