Floored by this sale

Interior designer Mark R. Ochoa and his staff at Adobe Fine
Furnishings are celebrating summer with a floor sample sale.
Everything in the store is reduced. Ochoa says because of his
location, with Old Corona del Mar in front of him, Newport Coast to
his left, and developments like One Ford Road to his right, he likes
to cater to everyone around him. Ochoa dislikes the word eclectic,
preferring to describe his store as traditional to transitional. “We
offer furnishings, fine art, and there is versatility in everything
we do,” says Ochoa. “And, since the trend in design is mid-century
modern, we like to throw that in, too.” Ochoa has 25 years in
interior design. He carries Harden, Frederick Cooper lamps, Jeffco,
and Great City Traders. It’s in the Design Plaza at 240 No. 100
Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach. Information: (949) 718-9515.
