VOLUNTEER TRAINING
The Laguna Greenbelt, Inc. will hold a volunteer training session
at 9 a.m. Aug. 4. No experience is required and volunteers must be
older than 18. Seniors and disabled are encouraged to apply. Call the

South Coast YMCA
The Marian Bergeson Center and South Coast YMCA will offer a
beginning fundamentals basketball camp for second- and third-graders
from 9 to 10 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and for fourth- and
fifth-graders from 9 to 10 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. The camps

The South Coast YMCA will administer hydrostatic bodyfat tests.
The analysis will include hydrostatic evaluation, personalized
caloric intake/expenditure charts, body fat recommendations,
personalized body fat goals and body composition literature. The
tests can be scheduled between 3:30 and 7:30 p.m. Aug. 6. The South
Coast YMCA is at 29831 Crown Valley Parkway in Laguna Niguel. $40 due

The Laguna Coast Fire Safe Council will hold a meeting from 10 to
11 a.m. followed by a Red Flag Patrol volunteer training at 11 a.m.
