WEATHER FORECAST
While it’ll be mostly sunny this afternoon in Costa Mesa, the clouds
will linger along the coast today. Highs will top out in the low 80s in
Costa Mesa and the low 70s in Newport Beach. Lows will hover in the low
60s.
We’ll see much of the same Wednesday.

BOATING FORECAST
The westerly winds will blow 10 to 15 knots in the inner waters today,
with 2-foot waves and a west swell of 2 to 4 feet. Areas of fog will roll
in late.
Out farther, the northwesterly winds will blow 10 to 20 knots today,
with 2- to 4-foot waves and a northwest swell of 5 to 7 feet.
SURF
We should see a reintroduction of waist- to chest-high waves today
with the latest southwest swell. It’ll build just a bit more by Wednesday
as the swell peaks.
