WEATHER FORECAST
Much like the rest of this week, low clouds and fog will be found
early while the sun dominates this afternoon. Highs will be in the
mid-70s in Costa Mesa and in the upper 60s along the coast in Newport
Beach. Lows will be in the upper 50s.
We should heat up just a tad this weekend.

BOATING FORECAST
The westerly winds will blow 10 to 20 knots in the inner waters today,
with 1- to 3-foot waves and a west swell of 2 to 4 feet.
Out farther, the northwesterly winds will blow 10 to 20 knots early,
but will increase to 15 to 25 knots this afternoon. Waves of 3 to 5 feet
will be found with a northwest swell of 4 to 6 feet. The same conditions
will be found later this evening.
SURF
Again, we’ll have low surf today -- lucky would equate to waist-highs
-- but we should pick up Friday as another southwest swell rolls into the
area.
