TODAY
Get wild with Wilder. UC Irvine will present an all-undergraduate
production of Thornton Wilder’s “The Skin of Our Teeth” today at the
Little Theatre. Performances will be at 2 and 8 p.m. The campus is at the

SUNDAY
Go Russian. Russian pianist Leonid Levitsky will present a free
program of classical selections at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Newport Beach
Central Library, 1000 Avocado Ave. Levitsky is the founder of the Newport

MONDAY
Watch talented dancers. Dance Variations, an annual performance
featuring dancers from the Classical Dance Center of Newport Beach, will
be held Sunday to Tuesday at the Irvine Barclay Theatre, 4242 Campus
Drive, Irvine. Show times are 12:30 to 5 p.m. Sunday and 5 and 7:30 p.m.

TUESDAY
Look at modern art. The Orange County Museum of Art will present the
2002 California Biennial exhibition through Sept. 8 at 850 San Clemente
Drive, Newport Beach. The works are a reflection of artistic ideas and
styles. Museum hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. $5 for
adults, $4 for seniors and students, and free for members and children

WEDNESDAY
Poetry galore. A night of poetry and music performance will begin at 8
p.m. Wednesday at Alta Coffee House, 506 31st St., Newport Beach.
Sign-ups will begin at 7:30 p.m. for the open reading. Poet Leigh White
