Victoria Sartor and Don McGuigan of Newport Beach and Ferndale, Mich.,

announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly McGuigan of Newport

Beach, to Matt Piercey of Newport Beach.

The bride-elect graduated from Corona del Mar High School and

currently attends Orange Coast College.

The future bridegroom, son of Bill and Joyce Piercey of Newport Beach,

graduated from Brewster Academy and the University of Colorado at

Boulder.

A Nov. 9 wedding is planned at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach.

Leeper-Winger

Chas and Stephanie Leeper of Newport Beach announce the engagement of

their daughter, Faith Ann Leeper of Newport Beach, to Jonah Matthew

Winger of Grizzly Flats.

The bride-elect graduated from Walnut High School and Cal State Long

Beach.

The future bridegroom, son of Jeff and Claire Winger of Somerset,

graduated from Diamond Springs Christian High School and Northern

California Training Institute for Firefighters.

A June 23 wedding is planned at the Balboa Yacht Club in Corona del

Mar.
