WEATHER FORECAST
The marine layer will kick off the day, though the afternoon sun will
burn that off and produce highs in the mid-70s in Costa Mesa and upper
60s along the coast. Lows will be in the upper 50s.
Thursday should be similar, while temperatures cool down Friday and
Saturday to the lower 70s and mid-60s in Newport-Mesa.

BOATING FORECAST
The westerly winds will blow 10 to 15 knots in the inner waters today,
with 2-foot waves and a west swell of 3 to 5 feet.
Out farther, the winds will also blow 10 to 15 knots, with 2-foot
waves and a northwest swell of 6 to 9 feet.
SURF
The southwest swell will bring us into the chest- to shoulder-high
range today, with the occasional head-high. On Thursday, it’ll be quite
similar while conditions begin to back down Friday.
