Thrashers rout Red Lazers, 9-2
With seven players netting goals, the Thrashers led from start to
finish in their Norris Division matchup with the Red Lazers and went on
to post a 9-2 victory.
Kevin Gast led the charge with three goals and an assist. Goals went
to Garrett Blackwell, Nikki Morejon, Corey DeMatteo, Brandon Jones, Ryan
Tyson and Ryan Couey.
Tyson, Couey, Corey Jones, Jordan Sanders and Nainoa Ane each had
assists.
Eric Grant recorded 33 saves in goal.
The Red Lazers got goals from Matthew Mahony and Bryan Hodges, with
assists going to Trace Curet and Brittany Trani.

Aloha 4, Sharks 3
Matt Korn scored two goals and picked up an assist to lead Aloha.
Brett Urabe and Eric Newfield also scored. Max Devries had 31 saves.
The Sharks’ scoring consisted of goals by Ryan Cox, Blake Vanderham,
Jake Briggs and Zachary Beko, and an assist from Cheyne Taylor.
Brett Shaver recorded 27 saves for the Sharks.
Fire 3, Diablos 2
Kyle Martins scored the second of his two goals in a shootout to lift
the Fire to victory.
Tyler O’Donnell scored the other Fire goal and Travis Beckman had 28
saves.
Chelsea Griffith scored once and assisted a Julien Laux goal, and
Lewis Gifford had 18 saves to lead the Diablos.
Blackhawks 5, SCS 2
Kyle Day scored three goals, Dallas Heyden had a goal and an assist,
Luis Concepcion scored one goal, Nicole Chittum, Christian Mohl, Kelly
Culhane and Keith Fronk each had assists and Chris Jernigan had 23 saves
to lead the Blackhawks.
Jonathan Millikan and Jimmy Rodriguez scored unassisted for SCS and
Zack Porter finished with 38 saves.
