WEATHER FORECAST
It looks like this morning will be much like mornings of the recent
past. In other words, early morning fog and low clouds, followed by a
mostly sunny day. Highs will be in the low 60s along the beaches and in
the high 60s in Costa Mesa.
Expect much of the same Sunday, while Monday and Tuesday may present
some showers with cooler afternoons.

BOATING FORECAST
Areas of fog and low clouds will be found both early and late today.
The westerly winds will blow 10 to 15 knots in the inner waters this
afternoon, with 2-foot waves and a west swell of 2 to 4 feet. Winds will
lighten up this evening.
Out farther, a small-craft advisory will go into effect as the
northwesterly winds blow 15 to 25 knots, with 2- to 4-foot waves and a
northwest swell of 6 to 9 feet. The swell will lose a little steam this
evening at 5 to 8 feet.
SURF
The latest southwest swell will drop by today to build some waist- to
chest-high sets for us. It should be pretty decent on Sunday as well,
with the occasional shoulder-high wave. Monday should be similar.
