High school baseball: Sage Hill falls
Tim Wilkins extended his hitting streak to five games for Sage Hill
High, but the Lightning fell to St. Margaret’s, 17-7, in six inning
Tuesday in Academy League baseball action.
Wilkins went 1 for 2 with two walks and three runs scored. His .438
batting average leads the team. Also contributing on offense for the
Lightning (3-3, 1-2 in league) was Cliff Swanson, who went 2 for 4 with
one run scored and two RBIs.
St. Margaret’s improves to 3-2, 2-1.
