Athlete of the Week IX: The junior sweeper scored a goal with six

minutes left to lead the Sea Kings girls soccer team to a 2-1 win over

host Oak Park that advanced CdM to its third straight semifinal of the

CIF Southern Section Division IV playoffs. She also added an assist and

standout defensive play in that victory.
