Missy Tiffany is a purebred miniature pinscher that the Community

Network showed for adoption over the weekend. This weekend, there will be

a bearded collie and Australian shepherd mix that would make “a great

family dog,” said DiAnna Pfaff-Martin, rescue coordinator for the

network.

More dogs may come up for adoption in the near future as those who

received dogs for the holidays may not want the responsibility of raising

a pet, Pfaff-Martin said.

“Keep a look out on our Web site, o7 www.animalnetwork.orgf7 , as we

are offering free 60-day Web listings for dogs,” she said. “We hope

people will list their dogs with us rather than abandoning them at

shelters where time limits may risk their lives.”
